For sheets and plates 1.2mm thick and above, we offer a full cut-to-size service at no additional cost. This allows customers to order material in the exact dimensions required for their project, reducing waste and minimising additional processing time.
Thinner gauge sheets below 1.2mm are supplied in full or half sheet sizes only.
Our standard sheet size is 2450x1225mm. For mild steel plates (3.0mm and thicker), we stock the standard plate size of 2500x1200mm. If your order requires larger sizes, we will order the larger size (3000x1500mm) as required. We can supply even larger sizes at customer's request.
In addition to cut-to-size material, we also offer bending services for sheets and plates to help customers create custom folded sections for their specific applications. Bent sheet metal can be used to manufacture non-standard channels, brackets, trays, covers, flashings, guards, and structural supports without the need for welding multiple pieces together.
