1050H4 / 1200 Aluminium Sheets (6mm and below)

Commercially pure aluminium

Softer material with lower structural strength

6062T6 Aluminium Plates (6mm and above)

Heat-treated structural alloy
Significantly stronger than 1050/1200 grades
Good machinability and wear resistance

Commonly used where strength is more important than formability
